Kingdom Tower, an upcoming skyscraper, under construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is one of the most prestigious projects of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. This tower is a three sided building which also happens to be the first structure to reach 1 kilometer high mark with more than 200 floors. The design of the building has been inspired by the roll shoots on young plants that live in the desert.
Pinnacle is providing the 3D BIM Modeling and shop drawing for MEPFP services with clash free BIM supports for this super tall skyscraper. The Shop drawing services include Mechanical (CHW & Duct Works), Plumbing (drainage & Water supply), Electrical (Light, power, fire alarm and containment), Fire protection, builder works- (slabs and wall penetration) & co-ordinated service drawings and not just limited to schematics/ riser diagram & enlarged Plan. For Architectural concrete Structure part, Pinnacle extends over to 3D BIM Modeling.
Pinnacle is also providing the details for the equipment/fixtures which will support during the installation and site coordination.
This is one of the landmark projects in the history of Pinnacle.
