i. Competency Evaluation held on Saturday, 7th of May 2016 from 11:00 to 12:00 Hrs
Pinnacle organized a competency evaluation for its employees as a yearly review process.
Parameters of evaluation were:

- Aptitude
- Reasoning
ii. Cool Candy Event on Saturday, May 7
In order to beat the scorching heat of Durgapur, PIS organized Cool Candy Day on 7th May, 2016. On this occasion everyone was treated with Ice Creams at the Canteen of PIS Durgapur Campus.
Participants: Durgapur and Kolkata PIS employees
Purpose of the event: Employee engagement/entertainment
iii. CEO’s town hall – 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Seminar Hall
An address by Pinnacle CEO – Mr. Bimal Patwari was made on 10 May, 2016 at the seminar hall from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM to all Dugapur PIS employees.
iv. Pinnacle Premier League 2016
Pinnacle organized an exciting Premier League from 18th of May, 2016. It was amazing to see Pinnacle employees rushing to the cricket ground at 5:00 AM in the morning – practicing, perfecting their bowling actions and making game plans and strategies. The swashbuckling batting, pin-point accurate bowling and razor-sharp fielding made the matches really exciting.
Pinnacle Premier League composition:
8 teams with 12 members in each team
- First leg of total 12 League matches with 9-a-side of 10 overs each
- Second leg of 2 semi-final matches
- 1 Final match
PPL 2016 Match Schedule
First match held on 19th May 2016 – The passionate Kamikazi vs. Spartans locked horns in the first match held on 19th of May 2016 to rejuvenate, refresh and bring the Josh. Colors were distributed at 6:00 AM at Pinnacle cricket ground.
v. New Members Joining Pinnacle’s Team in the month of May, 2016
Pinnacle appointed Ms. Polly Debnathas & Mr. Abhishek Sisodia on 16th May 2016.
vi. Signature Standardization – Pinnacle implemented signature standardization for various emails. The Research & Development Team of Pinnacle updated the new website link in all the signature templates viz. MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunder Bird, Windows Mail and Gmail (Client emails).
vii. Pinnacle’s RND Team come up with new Add-Ins
Once again, Pinnacle’s RND team come up with new Add-Ins:

2. Wall To Door (ACS)
viii. Name Plate at Desk with PIS Code – Mandatory for Durgapur Employees
Pinnacle made Name Plate with PIS code as Desk Identification for Durgapur employees. Now, it is mandatory for all employees to carry their name plates in case of change of desk or floor.

x. Fingerprint Punching – Mandatory for Attendance from 3rd May, 2016

xii. Autodesk Building Suite helped Pinnacle for Building Information Modeling of Msheireb Downtown
Pinnacle Infotech took the help of Autodesk Building Information Modeling Solutions for executing its prestigious BIM project – Msheireb Downtown Phase III – an innovative Hub in downtown Doha, State of Qatar. BIM facilitated Pinnacle to plan using intelligent models and allowed its team to coordinate project design, detailing and construction.
