There were a lot of challenges in constructing a stadium of this size and scale. The significant challenges that Pinnacle faced during the project lifecycle, include:

  • Delivering 1400+ BIM models up to LOD 500 with 35000+ Shop Drawings for 30 disciplines was the biggest challenge.
  • Secondly, 1M+ Sq.mt. of the logistic area with 10nos Tower crane was to be managed during construction.
  • Also, high-end finish requirement of more than 900+ types from 180+ subcontractors and Material availability and delivery on time during the Pandemic was to be ensured.
