Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and initiatives. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media, Digital marketing, and Advertising, with proven success in driving traffic and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading the enhancement of the Pinnacle Infotech brand globally, particularly in key markets such as the USA, UK, Middle East, KSA, India, Germany, and Japan.
  • Leading the lead generation & brand awareness initiatives through strategic social media and other digital marketing campaigns while taking complete ownership of the same.
  • Looking after our digital marketing with expertise in – email marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, GMB, Glassdoor, SEM, content marketing, Mentions of Pinnacle anywhere in the world, global listings, populating events pages of various trade fairs we participate in, and SEO.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Managing tradeshows/webinars/web events marketing efforts to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Developing and implementing new and innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all corporate campaigns like contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to improve digital marketing efforts continuously.
