Project Finance Executive

Desired Qualification:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
• Professional Qualification will be a plus
• Minimum of 4-10 years of progressive accounting experience

Desired Knowledge and skills:

• Experience of working as an accountant
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Indian and foreign accounting standards
• Work experience in Accounting & CRM software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of Tally is a must
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax
• Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices, regulations, and market dynamics 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring proper classification and documentation of transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and analysis
• Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliation of accounts
