700 K Street

Pinnacle created the Shop Drawings of 700 Block K Street (from ground floor till 3rd level of the building) of Downtown Momentum – a commercial project which included apartments, retail space, entertainment and dining options. The 700 Block of K Street was identified as one of DSP’s highest priorities to move Sacramento forward. This project encompasses the essential requisites of the central city with a variety of local retail spaces, historic preservation of buildings and affordable housing with underground parking. The project has come to fruition with the City of Sacramento.
