We have raised 13+ RFIs for pipe continuation missing in the contract document provided by client, pipe up-points clashing with beam, pipes clashing with ceiling, missing pipe and pipe size in the contract drawing, pipe clashing with light, roof drain location shown on the beam in the contract document, etc.
RFIs were responded to by the client through email that we have sent using newforma for architectural & structural coordination.
We have rerouted pipes following the shortest route to reduce pipe fittings and cost and resolve clashes between architecture & structural trades.
Our virtual project construction in BIM facilitated independent review of the construction plan, identifying drawing discrepancies and constructability issues during the pre construction stage.
