Altis Grand Central is a residential construction in Tampa, Florida, spread over 376,245 sq. ft. consisting of 1 Building with 10 Floors from Level 1 -10 and Underground.
BIM was used to produce shop drawings for construction and also to meet various objectives of the project including 3D coordination, clash mitigation, quantity take-offs, visualization and 4D capabilities for scheduling, phasing, sequencing and digital mock-ups.
The project is executed at Design, Execution and Design Assist Stages.
Created 3D Model of Plumbing, Electrical, Water Supply & Gas, Fire Alarm & Fire Protection – Run Clashes in Navisworks, created viewpoints to identify individual clashes and updated model to resolve the clashes
