Anderson High School is an educational project located at Forest Road, Cincinnati, Ohio spread over a project area of 233,304 sq. ft.
Anderson is among eight of the schools to be renovated following the success of a November 2014 bond issue.
Improvements to Anderson include new science labs, upgraded security and technology, a multipurpose space on the school’s east side, installation of air conditioning which the building did not previously have, improved learning spaces and handicap-accessibility features.

Made changes pertaining to clash resolve among Structure, SM & MP for instance pipe route change – cafeteria and gymnasium – routed pipe from gym to corridor
Marked Up rooms in the PDF that required lower ceiling elevation from 8′-3” to 7′-10” to accommodate services (RFIs raised by Triton to Architectural Contractor for reference)
Resized and revised duct layout coming from AHU to serve Existing & New area in phase 2A to minimize clash with ceiling issues, Revised layout to Triton for approval & updated model accordingly, Sent RFI for formal approval to proceed with revised layout
Moved ductwork in room no. 113A, 113B & 113C to resolve clash between storm pipe & ceiling
Used Newforma for file transfer and document control.
