Value Added

Our coordinated BIM models allowed our client to check possible interference among building systems, visualizing entire building system before construction, leading to better project planning, eliminating rework during construction phase, saving time and money. We resolved 600+ clashes among various trades including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, concrete and several others for example duct vs. storm pipe, duct vs. waste pipe and more by sharing 3D clash Navis viewpoints or through WebEx meetings. We re-routed utilities, changed elevation and re-sized elements for resolving clashes.
