Pinnacle created the 3D BIM Model of Continuing Care Center P- a hospital construction, consisting of 1 Building with 2 Floors. The Continuing Care Center at the Ojai Valley Community Hospital is a 66 bed facility for both short-term and long-term placement. Continuing care center is committed to the development and delivery of a comprehensive health services approach towards meeting the needs of the physically disabled and senior population. The purpose of construction is to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services daily for residents who require an inpatient treatment program with oversight provided by a Medical Director. Services included internal feeding, rehabilitative therapy, IV therapy, terminal care and post surgical care. The Continuing Care Center is unique within the valley as it is the only center connected to an acute care hospital.

Value Added

We raised 35+ RFIs through Newforma pertaining to missing architectural data and other constructability issues. There were conflict of pipes with structural beam and changes of fittings in plumbing along with addition of new fittings. We resolved 150+ critical clashes arising out of constructability issues for providing cost-effective solution. Single point of contact was used for this project, facilitating project communication between India and US, which helped us to maintain standards, quality, specifications and templates. Moreover, using Newforma helped us in Centralized File Sharing & Seamless Workflow (Global Collaboration), RFI Creation, Document Control, Information Access & Enhanced Search and Ease of Operation.
