The FY 14 project is a joint-venture with small-business Tprotege, Jabez Construction. The project encompasses two new buildings (with 1-2 floors) —a Company Operations Facility (COF) and a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) for the Army Corps of Engineers at JBLM. The project is LEED Silver pending with a focus on many green features such as high-efficiency HVAC; lighting control system and photovoltaic (solar) panels.
This residential hotel project will comprise Basement, Level 1 to Level 16 as well as Roof. Moreover, there will be typical floors from 4 to 7 & Level 9 to 15. The hotel also plans to have a suite with 270-degree views of Downtown on the 16th floor.
Red-line markups into CAD drawings showed the corrections or changes made to a drawing during the renovation/alteration, maintenance and project construction, facilitating work in a seamless manner with simpler and precise collaboration.
