Pinnacle created the BIM model of DukeCrowell of BMCC Residential Building for renovation, consisting of 1 Building with 8 Floors (Level 0 – 6) for Fabrication at Level of Development 400. These models were used to produce shop drawing for construction and also to meet various project objectives including 3D coordination, clash mitigation, quantity take-offs, visualization and 4D capabilities for scheduling, phasing, sequencing and digital mock-ups.

Value Added

Pinnacle used Newforma for streamlining project communication. Pinnacle also used Exavault as an FTP.

We created 1040 models out of which 28 for Architectural trades, 962 for Mechanical trades and 50 for 3D Equipment.

Our team checked the naming convention of drawing, proper model connection, overall aesthetics and line width in shop drawings.
