Pinnacle is responsible for creating the 3D Models of Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort – a 10 Storey Hotel building consisting of 10 floors (basement to 9th floor, including parking, equipment room, 2 mechanical rooms and tower roof). The purpose of creating the 3D Models for new construction of hotel and beach resort is for resolving clashes and preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) for pipes.
Rerouted pipes, ducts & piping Layouts to reduce fittings and cost
Provided RFIs with appropriate snap to understand the issues with proposed solution like design conflict, fixture location mismatch, pipe continuation missing or mismatch
Coordination with other Services like architecture, structure electrical, Fire Protection
Re-routed the pipes, ducts & pipings for coordination with architecture, structure & other MEP services
Changed rectangular duct to round duct with the help of duct calculator 6. Raised 5 RFIs & resolved 1000+ clashes including 200 critical clashes in the BIM Model (for example clash between Mechanical Pipe & Plumbing Pipe, Clash between pipes and structure)
