JCCC Career and Technology Building comprising 1 Building, 2 Floors at Overland Park, KS on 181,800 sq. ft. will create a career and technical neighborhood by bringing together current automotive, engineering and electrical technology programs with new workforce development curriculum. This new state-of-the-art facility will house 14 labs and will emphasize JCCC’s commitment to technology and innovation. The purpose of using BIM is for new construction at the project bid stage.

  2. Raised several RFIs for missing drawing discrepancies and constructability issues
  3. Pinnacle generated the 2D shop drawing, sleeve drawing, CMU wall opening drawing and Precast wall opening drawings submitted to engineer for approval prior to installation
  4. Conducted Aesthetic Check, Constructability Review, Client Data, Overall Project Design
  5. Worked with General contractor to produce the constructable drawing for installation
