Marble Arch Place

Marble Arch Place is a landmark mixed- Muse building in London. It comprises two buildings – – A 194, 700 sq ft 18-storey residential tower with 54 apartments – A 119, 500 sq ft 7-storey commercial building The commercial and residential buildings offer stunning views of the adjacent Hyde park. In addition, it has a three-level basement that includes services, car parking and a 31, 000 sq ft cinema. The commercial buildings will have over 95, 000 sq ft of office space. One of the key aspects of the design is the development of an outdoor space that will counterbalance the crowd and traffic of the nearby Oxford Street.
