Notre Dame Chiller Plant

Location: South Bend, Indiana, USA
The purpose of using BIM is for the new construction of a second campus power plant at the University of Notre Dame. Excavation is under way for the $38.4 million facility, which is being constructed southeast of the intersection of Douglas Road and Wilson Drive. The plant will house heat pumps connected to the geothermal well fields beneath the nearby athletic & band practice fields, along with chillers and a thermal energy storage tank.

  2. We found many input discrepancies and highlighted to client for updation which  helped in accurate spooling in the piping shop
