Pinnacle created the Architectural and Structural Model of Potomac Yards Marriott – a renaissance hotel and a residence inn in Virginia, USA, which is spread over a project area of 260,000 sq ft. We deployed a team of 15 Engineers for this project which included 2 hotels developed by Marriott. This is Arlington’s first Renaissance Hotel with 300 rooms and 325 room Residence Inn. The hotels are operated separately but joined at the garage above ground level. They maintain separate lobbies but share amenities and meeting rooms. The hotel includes 10,000 sq. ft. retail space on the ground floor with restaurant and outdoor seating. Moreover, there are 1, 064, 298 sq. ft. office space, 51, 325 sq. ft. retail space and 625 hotel rooms. The building also consists of 3 parking level and 13 floors above the ground. Typical guest rooms are present from 4th floor to 13th floor. Besides, the building includes 9 elevators and 9 stairs.
