Pinnacle created the BIM model of Serrano and 8th Street – a multi family residential project with 11 floors, including 3 basement parking areas.
The purpose of construction is creating different stages of drawing set for construction. Moreover, the 3d model is used to meet various project objectives which included 3D coordination, clash mitigation, schedule for door & room finish and visualization.
We are also responsible for generating Design Documentation & Construction Documentation from the Schematic stage of the project.
