Pinnacle executed the modeling of the Sheraton Georgetown Hotel, which is owned by a joint venture between Hines, the international real estate firm in Houston, and the Novak Brothers, the newly built, Sheraton Georgetown Hotel with 7 floors comprising 30,000 sq ft conference centre. Moreover, the project included a signature restaurant, destination bar, outdoor pool and fitness facility. The 7 storied project with 225 rooms, 1 hotel, 1 conference center and 4-tier parking garage for 340 cars is expected to be an ideal choice for business meetings, weddings, and social functions.
Missing information related to slope direction and pipe diameter related to SSD pipes were resolved by drawing a pipe with no slopes, capped at both ends, and having a diameter of 4″.
Moreover, while there was a 2″ FD pipe shown in the plan, there was no pipe connecting the FD to the ballroom level below. This was resolved by inserting a waste pipe for the FD and the 3″ relief vent collection for the shower waste was placed above the Level 3 floor.
