The Sunseeker Resort lies in the majestic Charlotte Harbor. It is Florida’s largest hotel-condo resort in the Gulf Coast region. The resort has 3 buildings, every building has several hotel units, and amenities such as tiki bars, meeting rooms, kitchen spaces, ball rooms and other utility areas.
We have raised 5 RFI’s so far which have been resolved by the client. We also optimized the panel and transformer ratings to lower operational and insulation costs.
