We used checklist while modeling and reviewed latest documents & markups.

We also reviewed interdisciplinary coordination, floor to floor alignment and continuation to other areas. Furthermore, we conducted aesthetic check, constructability review and value engineering. Our coordinated BIM models allowed our client to check possible interference among building systems, visualizing entire building system before construction, leading to better project planning, eliminating rework during construction phase, saving time and money. We re-routed utilities, changed elevation and re-sized elements for resolving clashes. We conducted daily status meeting, team meeting, client head review meeting & CEO review meeting. Single point of contact was used for this project, facilitating project communication between India and UK, which helped us to maintain standards, quality, specifications and templates.

Moreover, using Newforma helped us in Centralized File Sharing & Seamless Workflow (Global Collaboration), RFI Creation, Document Control, Information Access & Enhanced Search and Ease of Operation.
