The Mall at Green Hills

Pinnacle created the 3D BIM Model of The Mall at Green Hills (4 floors, 1 zone) for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company at LOD 300. The purpose of construction was to use the models for 3D coordination, clash mitigation and visualization. The BIM models of The Mall at Green Hills were divided into separate levels and zones for efficient working and coordination of various trades by focussing on particular building location. Moreover, the breakups helped to reduce the file size in order to smoothly handle and deliver the files avoiding technical glitches.
