Pinnacle executed the modeling of TICA Manufacturing Plant in Pendergrass, Georgia, USA, which is spread over an area of 600,000 sq ft. This was a $350 million investment by Toyota Industries Compressor Parts, creating 320 jobs.The TICA plant manufactured the main parts of automotive compressors that were imported from Japan and assembled at the TACG facility. The opening of the new TICA plant enabled the main automotive parts of the compressors that were once manufactured in Japan to be manufactured in Georgia, conveyed directly to TACG and also to be shipped to other compressor plants.

We created 4D Construction Phasing as per the given construction schedule. Our 4D construction phasing acted as a powerful communication tool, resulting in better understanding of project milestones and improved construction plans.

Delays and construction rework are minimized. All design elements are collaborated onscreen in 4D and thus the construction team could improve accuracy in construction sequencing.
