Pinnacle created the model of UTC West Camp Housing – a residential project in Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States, spread over an area of 554,667 sq. ft.
The $80 million project includes a housing, student dining halls for traditional dormitory, a garage for parking 700 vehicles and a new student residence hall made up of 600 beds. The purpose of construction is demolishing a 40 year old Racquet Center and adjacent Tennis Courts for preparing a new tennis center along with the new courts near Douglas and East Fifth streets.
State Building Commission members approved the development of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga to proceed with the ambitious west campus project.
