Pinnacle Infotech is responsible for creating the 3D BIM Model of the Mechanical and Plumbing components of a new high school for the West Clermont Local School District.
This design/build of the project merges two existing high schools (Amelia High School and Glen Este High School) into one consolidated, state-of-the-art educational facility.
The new school includes an 8-lane natatorium, 1000 seat auditorium, two gymnasiums, stadium complex and additional road improvements to allow sufficient traffic flow for bus transportation and parking.
Several large program spaces are located at the junctions of these wings to allow large, multifunctional gathering spaces to serve the adjacent large assembly functions. The project is currently in the construction documentation phase, expected to achieve LEED Silver status.

We resolved clashes among trades by raising 20+ RFIs with appropriate snaps to make our clients understand the issues with proposed solutions pertaining to design conflict, fixture location mismatch, pipe continuation missing or mismatch in the input document by sharing 3D clash Navis viewpoints and conducting WebEx meetings.
We re-routed utilities, changed elevation and re-sized elements for resolving clashes and coordination with various services like Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection.
We have calculated the missing duct size with duct calculator. Thus we provided Value Engineering for the project through rigorous Design Detailing, Effective Quality Control (QC) Process and using our technical expertise.
