3D Modeling

Benefits of
3D BIM Modeling

Pinnacle offers end-to-end 3D BIM Modeling services. This allows clients to get complete control of construction projects.

100 Conceptual – The Model element may be graphically represented with a symbol or other generic representation. Information regarding the Model Element (i.e. cost per square foot, the tonnage of HVAC, etc.) can be derived at this stage.

200 Generic Placeholders – The Model element is graphically represented as a generic system, object, or assembly with

  • Approximate Quantities
  • Size
  • Shape
  • Location
  • Orientation

300 Specific System – The Model Element is graphically represented as a specific system, object or assembly in terms of

  • Quantity
  • Size
  • Shape
  • Location
  • Orientation

350 Coordination – This is an extension of the LOD 300 model. It also highlights the interfaces with other building systems.

400 Detailed Assemblies – In addition to the LOD 350 model, this 3D BIM model contains orientation with detailing, fabrication, assembly, and installation information.

500 As built (based on redline drawings) – The 3D BIM Model Element is a field verified representation in terms of

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Location
  • Quantity
  • Orientation
  • Fabrication Detail

We generate coordinated models using BIM. This allows our clients to check possible interference among all building systems through 3D BIM Modeling Services. Our 3D BIM models assist the construction companies to visualize schematic structures before construction. Therefore it can offer better project planning for our clients. We detect clashes to eliminate major system conflicts before installation.
