Pinnacle BIM Technology is participating in Archi Future 2025, taking place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at the Tokyo Fashion Town Building, Japan.
As a leading force in BIM adoption and digital construction solutions, Pinnacle will contribute through a technical forum session and an operating experience booth, highlighting advancements that are reshaping project delivery and facility management.
At the technical forum (C-7 TFT Hall C), Mr. Kohei Nishizaki, Relationship Manager, will deliver a lecture titled “Advancement of Construction Processes Through BIM Data Integration.” This session will go beyond theory to highlight a practical, real-world example of BIM-enabled FM collaboration, demonstrating how data-driven workflows create tangible value throughout a project’s lifecycle. Attendees will gain insights into how integrated data streams from the design, construction, and maintenance stages can be seamlessly connected, ensuring greater transparency, enhanced decision-making, and stronger collaboration among stakeholders.
The lecture will further explore how this approach not only improves operational efficiency but also helps reduce costs, minimize risks, and extend asset longevity. With the integration of advanced platforms such as Autodesk Tandem and Pinnacle InnoMaint, the session will illustrate how facility management processes are elevated through connected data environments, enabling predictive maintenance, lifecycle optimization, and more sustainable building operations.
At booth level (No. E-38), attendees can engage with Pinnacle’s Japan team. The team will share detailed insights into Pinnacle’s services and demonstrate how BIM innovation fosters seamless integration between design, construction, and facility management. A central theme of the booth activities will be FM collaboration using cross-sectional data, bridging gaps between stakeholders, and strengthening project lifecycle efficiency.
With a steadily growing presence in Japan’s construction market, Pinnacle continues to support the nation’s digital transformation goals. Its sustained growth, innovative solutions, and collaborations across multiple sectors position Pinnacle as a trusted BIM partner, enabling smarter, sustainable, and efficient project delivery for stakeholders across the industry.
Pinnacle warmly welcomes all attendees at Archi Future 2025 to participate in its session and visit the booth to explore how digital construction innovation, lifecycle integration, and data-driven practices are shaping the future of Japan’s built environment.
