He has extensively worked with Architects, Engineering Companies, Consultants and Government agencies in USA, Europe, Australia and Middle East.
Bimal has brought in the vision, strategic outlook and meticulous roadmap of the best BIM practices available in the industry. He has contributed to the innovative use of technology to improve efficiency, provide fast turnaround and reduce costs for the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry. Bimal is always looking toward developing newer ideas and newer arena where BIM technology-business mix is making a unique mark.
Bimal is an Electronics Engineer from I.I.T. Kharagpur (1987) and has subsequently done Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow, where he got Director’s Gold Medal for Academic Excellence. He has widely travelled and has spoken at various international conferences like ASHRAE- USA, Universities, Engineering colleges and Global technology forums.
Bimal has received several awards and recognition in the Top IT Innovators category by NASSCOM continuously from 2009 to 2015. He was awarded as the top Exporter & Highest Job creator (IT/ITES) in West Bengal Tier II/III cities in STPI for the year 2012-13 & 2013 -14 and 2014-15. He has also received Deloitte Technology Fast 500 awards in 2014 for 86% growth rate in Technology as per Asia Pacific Ranking and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India awards in 2015.
Born in 1965, Bimal lives in Durgapur, India with his wife Mrs. Sapna Patwari and two children.
Mrs. Sapna Patwari is the 1st generation Entrepreneur and Co-founder of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. She is the Director of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions and manages the senior core team of HRD and Administration. She is actively involved in the Business Policy initiative, Human resource planning and development.
Sapna has created newer artifacts in People Development Engineering and Management, making HR as strategic partner in developing a strong talent pool. Sapna is now moving HR into a Value based Engineering discipline and Innovative Ethical practice area. She mingles Operation and People Development holistically as it requires in hitting the new age knowledge-based market.
She has been involved with several NGO and charity organizations and professional society like HOPE, Inner – Wheel club. Mrs. Patwari has widely travelled and has attended conferences and exhibitions like IRGA, ASHRAE in USA.
Biswaroop Todi is the head of BIM strategy implementation. He builds an in-house team of professionals for implementing BIM outsourced jobs. He has an analytical approach to problem-solving and implementing BIM technology. He plays a significant role in Pinnacle’s overseas acquisitions in the Middle East & USA. He is always willing to meet international constructional professionals and personifies Pinnacle’s commitment to customer centricity.
Mr. Somesh Gupta has 25+ years of experience in the IT Services industry across diverse areas, including large-scale transformation, organization change management, delivery excellence, and customer management. He is also a subject matter expert in Blockchain and Crypto-currency.
Before joining Pinnacle as the Chief Growth Officer, he was the Center Head of Infosys’s Jaipur campus. In addition to overseeing the administrative and operational functions, he led organizational change management activities and created client-facing teams and knowledge management systems.
He graduated from IIT (BHU) Varanasi with a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering. Subsequently, he completed his Master of Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Eco) from IIM Calcutta.
He is an active member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Rajasthan chapters.
Debasish Roy is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. He serves as the Associate Vice President of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions, where he oversees operations in the Middle East and India. He operates out of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India, the world-class delivery center of Pinnacle Infotech.
Debasish brings a diverse skill set to his role, having held leadership positions in prominent organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Suzlon Energy, and Asea Brown Boveri. He comes with vast business-enabling expertise in BIM and Digital Twins, Risk Management and Analysis, and Digitization in Construction, Infrastructure, and New Energy.
His extensive industry knowledge is complemented by a strong educational background. He holds an Executive Doctorate from Aligarh Muslim University, a Master’s in Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute in Mumbai, and an Engineering Degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Arijit Sen is a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) professional with 18 years of experience in virtual design and construction. Before joining Pinnacle, Arijit worked as an Electrical design engineer in Power Distribution, Lighting, Power systems, Data & Security Layout, and Earthing system at a reputed engineering firm.
As an Assistant General Manager, he is currently playing the role of Functional Head of MEP Engineers teams executing MEP projects involving documentation, detailing/drafting, 3D modeling, and plant 3D. Due to his proficiency in client communication, he has been deputed for on-site management of several complex projects across sectors in the Middle East, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom.
Arijit graduated from Jadavpur University, India, where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree.
With five decades of experience across industries, Mauro holds four degrees. His notable successes include the implementation of the ERP and setting up several “virtual extensions” of design departments for mid-sized Italian manufacturing companies.
The common thread running along Mauro’s extensive career is the search for innovation through cross-breeding ideas, i.e., applying ideas/approaches/solutions developed in other environments in a given field.

With more than eleven years of experience in mechanical and plumbing trades from design-fabrication-construction, Brandon Moore is methodical and conversant in Client Relationship Management, International Business Development, Contract Management, and New Market Penetration. His strong background has helped him provide recommendations regarding BIM implementation, Risk Mitigation, and Asset Management of clients.
Before joining Pinnacle, Brandon was a lead BIM coordinator for a large mechanical contractor. He was responsible for managing BIM project teams, Fabrication CADmep database maintenance, and training BIM coordinators in AutoCAD MEP, Fabrication CADmep, Revit MEP, and spooling standards. He has also worked as a Mechanical Designer with an Architectural and Engineering firm.
Brandon is proficient in multiple programs, including Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and Trimble Connect. As a relationship manager at Pinnacle, Brandon is responsible for communicating with the production team and the client, training the production team on typical installation practices for North American construction, and developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Paul Darrigan boasts an illustrious tenure of over 35 years within the industrial piping arena. Commencing as a drafter and advancing to a designer, he reached a pinnacle in his journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UND. Prior to affiliating with Pinnacle, he held the role of BIM/VDC Director at Harder Mechanical. Steering substantial teams, Paul contributed significantly to a multitude of prominent collaborative undertakings. His portfolio includes prestigious endeavors such as collaborations with Boeing, NASA, UC Davis, Fort Lewis, Hanford reservation, and more, spanning diverse sectors like Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Photovoltaic, Semiconductor, Food Processing, Steam Distribution, Chemical Handling, Specialty Gas Distribution, and Wastewater Treatment. Hugo Almeida Marques is a Certified BIM Manager & Registered Architect with over 18 years of diverse experience in Architecture, Engineering & Construction. He has Proficiency in BIM Project Management, Architecture & Design, Strategic Analysis, Cost Reduction, Project Evaluation & Big Data Management. He is an innovative result-oriented BIM Manager & Architect with demonstrated success in Project Delivery. Hugo is also certified in construction project management and has a Record of Managerial & Leadership Capabilities & Competencies in private and government environments.
He has worked with several leading engineering consultancy firms with a strong reputation in delivering projects across countries like Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, UAE, Qatar, in Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. Hugo has proficiency in various software platforms covering the range of BIM, Visual Media, Management, and Planning Applications. He has worked with iTech Consultancy, Aedas, Claud Bosch Architects, and others. Hugo has a self-driven personality and a joyful team spirit. He is a family person and enjoys spending time with close ones.
Manindar Singh Chawla graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Allahabad, India in 1987. Upon graduation, he began his career in India with International Design Engineer Associates Ltd in 1988 as a Design Engineer, where he was involved in the design of process instrumentation of control systems. He left International Design Engineer Associates Ltd and joined ABB India Ltd in 1992 as Lead Automation Engineer, where he led complex automation projects. He was promoted to Head of Project Management for Industrial Automation in 1996, where he was responsible for overseeing industrial automation projects. He was then promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing of the Automation Segment for the Eastern Region of India in 2000, where he was responsible for the business development of the region.
In 2002, he left ABB India Ltd and came to Malaysia to join Va Tech Sat Sdn Bhd as Head of Sales and Marketing for Southeast Asia, where he managed and oversaw the region’s sales and marketing activities. He later left the company and joined ABB Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2007 as Head of the Local Division-Industrial Automation and Power Systems, with full responsibility for the business, its performance, and operations, including profit and loss of the local business units. He was promoted to Head of Global Operations- ABB Group Business Unit Electrification Solution in 2014, where he was responsible for global operational and manufacturing activities for the Electrification Solution global business unit.
He left ABB in 2019 and has since worked as a management consultant to various engineering firms in Southeast Asia.
Sougato Banerjee has over 17 years of experience as BIM project manager in Pinnacle’s global projects. He has managed projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Airports, Stadiums, Mixed-use etc.
His technical acumen and insights guide engineering teams at Pinnacle in managing complex construction and design projects globally. His cross disciplinary expertise is frequently leveraged to negate challenges in project delivery.
He is adept at coordinating project lifecycle related activities right from conception, planning to Construction. He plays a key role in quality control management and client negotiations in large scale projects at Pinnacle.
Sougato received his Bachelor of Science degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Burdwan University and his Mechanical Engineering degree from K.G. Engineering Institute.
A versatile and performance driven architect, Mr. Vikash Tripathi has over 12 years of experience which includes a 6-year stint with a leading global engineering firm. He has executed projects spanning across sectors in countries including USA, UK, Japan, Indonesia, UAE and Qatar.
He joined Pinnacle in 2015 as a deputy manager. He is currently an Assistant General Manager, responsible for heading a large team of architects and managing client communication.
A dedicated professional with a passion for architecture, he has extensive experience in streamlining construction through Virtual Design.

Subarna Bhowmick is the Head of Accounts (global) at Pinnacle. With over 15 years of experience, her skills include leading large teams and managing company accounts.
Detail and goal oriented, her attributes also include understanding the priorities and goals of the company, being result oriented and possessing good business judgement. She is proficient in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
Subarna has a degree in Accountancy from Burdwan University and MDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
With 17+ years of experience in the construction industry in various roles, SK Kanchan is currently the Chief Estimator at Pinnacle. He has extensive experience as a BIM/VDC Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Projects. He is proficient in a range of software tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, Revit Fabrication, AutoCAD Fabrication, Dynamo, BIM 360, and Navisworks.

Jaya Pandey heads the Administrative and Procurement division at Pinnacle. She has extensive experience in facility management, strategic sourcing, process automation, and technology implementation. Her expertise also extends to simplifying existing processes to increase organizational productivity.
Currently a Senior Manager, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring Pinnacle’s ISO 14001-2015 EMS certification and the Gold LEED certification for our Jaipur campus. She has also overseen the installation of a 300 KWH solar power plant in our Durgapur and Jaipur offices.

The Technical Lead at our Research and Development (R&D) team, Naman creates custom tools for Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Plant 3D, and other modeling software using tools such as Dynamo, .NET, Forge, Unity, and UnrealEngine.

Having held numerous positions in the past, including Foreman, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Division Manager, he has a unique perspective and ability to address the most complex problems as a Relationship Manager.
Before joining Pinnacle, Mickey was a Project Coordinator for a large mechanical contractor responsible for managing BIM and Fabrication teams for large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects. He implemented industry leading processes to increase productivity through modularization and coordinated logistics and deliverables with remote Project Teams across the Southeastern United States.
Thanks to his experience as a Project Manager and Division Manager, Mickey developed a highly successful and methodical approach to Estimating and Budget Management, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Business Development, Change Order Management, Standardizing BIM and Fabrication Assemblies, Quality Control Methods, and Corporate Safety Programs.
As a relationship manager, Mickey pulls from all these experiences to assist our clients in achieving their goals and builds long-lasting relationships as value-added partners. His industry knowledge enables him to mentor our production team in North American construction standards and practices.
John has over 14 years of experience in the AEC Industry. He has grown from Mechanical Systems Drafting/Design to Detailing and Fabricating Mechanical Scopes. As a Lead Detailer/Coordinator, John has experience leading Internal/External Coordination efforts. John is able to oversee success on projects from Concept to As-built. In his free time, John is the Umpire-in-Chief/Coach for his local Little League organization.
His project history includes Federal and Military, Stadiums, Aerospace, K-12, Institutional, Hospitals, and CUP. As well as assisting projects achieving Net-Zero, Leed, and Living Building Certifications.
Harshvardhan is a registered Architect with a degree in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune, and boasts over 8 years of experience in the US-based Architectural BIM Industry. His extensive expertise spans various sectors, including serving as a BIM coordinator for large-scale projects such as semiconductor buildings, data centers, and greenfield airports and contributing to a diverse portfolio that involves collaborating with architects to produce comprehensive Construction Document sets for Multi-Family residences, Single-family homes, Car workshops, storage buildings, and more.
Prior to joining the Pinnacle US team, Harsh held a leadership role, overseeing a team of approximately 30 engineers and architects at the Jaipur campus. He was instrumental in managing BIM projects spanning Denmark, Germany, the UK, UAE, and the USA, serving as the Deputy Project Delivery Head.

Bhaumik Upadhyay is a licensed Professional Engineer with 6 years of industry experience in multiple industries, including forensic, commercial, and industrial. Before joining Pinnacle, Bhaumik worked for a structural engineering firm, responsible for design engineering and management support for projects consisting of multifamily structures, hotels, and parking garages.
