Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Estimation and cost analysis team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely project cost estimates.
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and optimized cost proposals for integrated BIM and AI driven solutions for the global infrastructure projects, including stadiums, metro systems, airports, hospitals, and smart city developments.
• Oversee Quantity Take-off (QTO), cost analysis, and project budgeting processes in coordination with BIM teams and company policies.
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to develop cost-effective strategies for integrated and comprehensive BIM Solutions for construction projects.
• Implement industry best practices, lessons learnt and technological advancements in estimation and quantity surveying.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project costs and resources.
• Develop and maintain a cost database to enhance accuracy and speed in future project estimates.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards in cost estimation and construction methodologies.
• Support business development by providing cost insights and assisting in proposal preparation.
• Develop an AI-driven state of the art estimation process and train and mentor team members to enhance their technical expertise and efficiency.
