Proven expertise in turning physical assets into AI-powered digital twins — giving owners and operators one real-time source of truth to predict issues, cut costs, and run better-performing facilities.

Open, Platform-Agnostic CMMS
At Pinnacle, Digital Operations Management (DOM) helps owners and operators of airports, hospitals, hospitality properties, data centers, and commercial real estate turn physical assets into living virtual replicas. By fusing BIM, IoT, and AI, we give facility, operations, and executive teams one real-time source of truth — so problems are predicted before they happen, costs come down, and decisions get faster and better-informed.
DOM isn’t a single tool — it’s a continuum. It begins the moment a facility is handed over, with a Digital Twin that captures the as-built truth of the asset, and it continues for the life of the building through intelligent, data-driven facilities management — powered by our own CMMS platform, InnoMaint, or whichever CMMS your organization already runs on.
Virtual Twin As-built 3D model (LOD 500) and 2D floor plans, GIS data and asset/COBie parameters, and real-time visualization of layouts, utilities, and systems.
Service Twin Asset tagging with manufacturer and warranty data, digitized O&M manuals and maintenance history, and predictive maintenance workflows delivered through your CMMS.
Sensor Twin IoT and BMS integration across open or closed protocols, real-time equipment and environment monitoring, and instant anomaly detection with remote diagnostics.
Facilities that run on guesswork lose money to downtime, reactive repairs, and undocumented risk. Our Digital Twin–led approach to DOM eliminates that guesswork, giving every stakeholder — from the field technician to the CFO — the same real-time picture of the asset:
A Digital Twin is only as valuable as what your team can do with it after handover. That’s where InnoMaint, Pinnacle’s own AI-powered CMMS platform, comes in — connecting every asset, every team, and every location on one centralized system.
InnoMaint takes the asset data, warranty records, and maintenance history built into your Digital Twin and turns it into day-to-day action: automated work orders, IoT-based condition monitoring, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and real-time dashboards that keep facility and plant managers, maintenance teams, and ownership all working from the same numbers.
Proven impact: 98% SLA compliance, 40% faster service response, 20% downtime reduction, and 35% enhanced workforce productivity across 250+ customers and 500K+ assets managed worldwide.
Pinnacle’s Digital Twin methodology is built to work with InnoMaint or with any CMMS your organization already has in place — the goal is a connected facility, on your terms, not a locked-in platform.

We study drawings, O&M manuals, and site conditions, then recommend the right sensors and platforms for your facility’s operational goals.
We create the LOD 500 as-built Digital Twin model and populate the full asset register — the foundation everything else runs on.
We onboard your Digital Twin onto a CMMS platform — InnoMaint or your own — and provide year-round support as your operations team puts it to work.
A BIM model is a design and construction tool. A Digital Twin is what that model becomes after handover — an as-built, continuously updated virtual replica of the facility, enriched with asset data, IoT sensor feeds, and maintenance history, used to run the building rather than just build it.
No. Pinnacle’s Digital Twin methodology is platform-agnostic. While InnoMaint is our own CMMS and integrates natively with the Digital Twins we build, we’re equally equipped to onboard your Digital Twin onto any CMMS your organization already uses.
Ideally at handover, when the as-built data is freshest and most complete. That said, a Digital Twin can be built for any existing facility at any stage of its lifecycle, using a combination of existing drawings, O&M records, and site surveys.
Sensors and Building Management Systems (BMS) — whether open or closed protocol — feed real-time data into the Sensor Twin layer, enabling live equipment and environmental monitoring, early anomaly detection, and remote diagnostics without a technician on-site.
Any facility where downtime, safety compliance, or operating cost is a priority — airports, hospitals, data centers, stadiums, and large commercial or mixed-use portfolios see some of the fastest and clearest returns.
