 Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Energy modelling services and Building services/MEP design Engineering sector.
• Specializing in different green building rating systems and compliance, including LEED, ASHRAE PRM 90.1, BREEAM and ESTIDAMA.
• Proven experience across multiple complex building types (commercial, healthcare, high-rise, mixed-use, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of working on projects across different geographies; UK, EUROPE, US, and Middle East experience strongly preferred.
• Recognized memberships in relevant international institutions (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE, ISHRAE).
• Strong understanding of digital design delivery tools like IESVE- Apache HVAC, HAP & HEVACOMP, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Mechanical (MEP) projects across diverse sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, and Data Centers. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and BIM-driven coordination capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) project scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee BIM coordination (LOD 300–500) ensuring clash-free integration across disciplines.
• Conduct and lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and builder’s work drawings.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to international standards and project specifications.
• Manage client communication, technical submissions, RFIs, and approvals.
• Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, procurement planning, and commercial tracking.
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Experience with coordination platforms such as BIM Track and Revizto.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectWise).

Experience & Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Preferred).
• Autodesk/BIM Certifications (Advantageous).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update Revit models throughout project lifecycle stages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to BIM standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultant models to ensure seamless interdisciplinary integration.
• Lead or support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and enforce project-specific BIM protocols.
• Perform regular model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection using tools like Navisworks, BIM 360.
• Maintain and manage project-specific Revit content, families, templates, and shared parameters.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, LOD requirements, and client-specific BIM guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Revit-based BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and at least one CDE platform (e.g., BIM 360, Trimble Connect, ACC).
• Knowledge of BIM standards and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with project delivery phases and coordination workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit or similar certifications.

• Lead the design and delivery of PHE systems (plumbing, drainage, water supply, and wastewater systems) across diverse building types and geographies, with focus on UK and Middle East projects.
• Implement digital-first, BIM-integrated workflows, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and predictive analysis of designs.
• Prepare hydraulic calculations, system layouts, and specifications in compliance with international codes and standards (BS, IPC, local authority regulations).

• Strong experience in domestic water supply, sewage, stormwater, and drainage systems.
• Proven exposure to international standards and codes, with UK and Middle East experience preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer, IMechE, CIBSE, or equivalent) is desirable.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and define architectural preferences and spatial requirements.
• Develop architectural designs from concept through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
• Lead and support the creation and iteration of design models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Recommend design modifications and enhancements for constructability and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of BIM models across project phases.
• Identify design-stage discrepancies and escalate to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
• Maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and model health.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, vendors).
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, ensuring alignment between architectural design and project goals.
• Create compelling visualizations using Lumion for presentations and stakeholder approvals.

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, Online Apps. and Portal)
• Review or manage BIM/GIS/ Civil 3D deliverables submitted by various contractors in line with DAEP Requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of data creation, conversion & migration from different formats to ArcGIS data model. (Preferably from BIM to GIS)
• Preparing and managing site utilities with correct connectivity role and utility networking.
• Administer all aspects of ArcGIS Server, Portal and Insight, including performance monitoring and tuning, service configuration, security, and licensing.
• Review /manage design and drafting of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.) using Civil 3D. Developing 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and grading plans.
• Proven documentation skills with ability to create high-quality and complete GIS & BIM project documents Based on ISO Standards. (19100 Series & 19650)
• Review or manage BIM /GIS Execution plan as per DAEP standards.
• Maintaining quality assurance (QA/QC) for all GIS & BIM deliverables.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and QGIS.
• Review modelling, clash detection and issue resolution using tools like Revit or Navisworks.
