BIM Coordinator – Spain

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Consultant located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The BIM Consultant will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology to facilitate project coordination, collaboration, and asset management. The Consultant will work closely with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction teams to optimize cost and resource allocation. This role offers flexibility with some remote work options.

Job Specification:

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology
• Experience in Architecture, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of successful project execution
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent computer skills
• Good Knowledge of BIM software platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
