Job Description

1. Online Market Research:
   The candidates must be adept at the usage of all major Search Engines and Social Media platforms, like ‘Google’ & ‘LinkedIn’ for prospecting and lead generation purpose. They should be able to acquire all pertinent details about the companies using contemporary data-mining techniques.

2. Written Communication:
   The candidates must be able to compose emails in grammatically correct and professional English. Their expertise should extend to creative writing, as well, to be able to respond to queries spontaneously.

3. Verbal Communication:
   The candidates must be able to speak in grammatically correct English and understand the American accent.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience in usage of contemporary CRM software.
• Candidates with Engineering & Management degrees be an added advantage.
• Professional Experience: The candidates should have worked in the international sales or service sector for at least two years.
