Battersea Power Station 4A

Battersea Power station, Phase 4a is the most recent phase of the landmark regeneration program of the iconic Wandsworth Landmark. This project was designed to provide 386 new affordable homes for shared ownership. The project has 12,000 sq ft of business flexible incubator space for local entrepreneurs, 17,000 sq ft for a new medical center, 60,900 sq ft of new public realm including a 10,000 sq ft central garden square with children’s play area, outdoor fitness spaces, and hard surface areas for pop-up events.

Value Added

In this project, we found a number of discrepancies in terms of coordination, constructability, and feasibility. We informed the client about these discrepancies along with proposed solutions. We maintained a log related to these design issues & feasible solutions which were shared with the client on an ad-hoc basis.

We executed reinforcement Tonnage Estimation for the overall project.
