The Dubai Festival City is a 1300 acre, premier waterfront urban community. It is an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development project covering 5.2 million Sq. m. and stretching up to 3 km along the historic Dubai Creek. It comprises three distinct districts and is connected by a 30 km internal road network and creekside promenade. Upon completion, the community will house 50,000 residents living in 20,000 villas and apartments.
