The Flight As Tustin project comprised 9 Buildings with 37 floors. Pinnacle implemented BIM solutions at Level of Development 350 to produce the 3D model and facilitate coordination between MEP services. The purpose of construction is to develop Orange County’s first purpose-built creative office campus.

Value Added

We prepared RFIs through Newforma. We raised them for modifying the hub drain location for building A2 & C, after receiving the sketch from fire protection, plumbing fixture as per submittal & fixture list, and structural clashes with plumbing and project schedules.
