Mirabella at ASU is a mixed-use building in Arizona, United States, comprising a 22-storeyed Building. The building was scheduled to be completed in 2020 and include 252 independent living apartments and 52 healthcare units as well as an indoor pool, theater, art museum, spa, dog park, and four restaurants. BIM was used to facilitate renovation as well as new construction at Pre-Bid and Design Assist stages.

BIM ensured that the information related to design and construction activities flowed seamlessly among all stakeholders involved in the project through a simple exchange of models and data, so that team members had access to accurate and complete information.
