Pinnacle delivered Mechanical Piping and Plumbing BIM Services in Colorado for the Sova Grant House. The project was a 12-floor residential building in Denver. The scope covered LOD 400 modeling for mechanical piping and plumbing systems. These included domestic water and natural gas. Pinnacle also provided trade coordination, shop drawings, and fabrication support. The team used AutoCAD Fabrication MEP and Navisworks.
