TCS – Kochi

Pinnacle executed the 3D modeling of TCS Infopark (SEZ) – one of the largest development centers in Kochi, Kerala, India to offer IT companies a choice of office space solutions according to their requirements. The campus was to be constructed in 2 divisions called the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and the non-SEZ facility. Out of the existing 98.25 acres of Infopark, 75 acres of land had been notified as a Special Economic Zone, by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. The project campus included several amenities like food courts, banking counters, ATM, and a shopping arcade.
