Pinnacle created the BIM model of VA Biloxi – a BMCC Hospital for fabrication at Level of Development 400 to produce shop drawings and also to meet the project objectives including 3D coordination, clash mitigation, quantity take-off, visualization, and 4D capabilities for scheduling, phasing, sequencing, and digital mock-up.

Value Added

Our BIM Software implementation helped to detect errors pertaining to data mismatch with input drawings (diffuser neckline missing), aesthetic (2 dimensions, 1 text missing), missing valve, pipe, and wrong connection.

We highlighted these issues to the client through RFIs and resolved them in accordance with client suggestions.
