Pinnacle created the 3D BIM models of Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center of Ralph S. Inouye Co. at LOD 350 for MEP coordination and constructability review. For efficiency in coordination, the BIM model was segregated into multiple levels and zones.

Value Added

We analyzed the model and identified more than 50 clashes. After identification, we raised RFIs to the client and resolved them in accordance with the client’s suggestions.
