The annual Reward and Recognition programme is arranged every year to acknowledge the best efforts and the commendable performance of the employees hailing from different departments. Employees at had to first file their own nomination for different categories; followed by the R&R Committee’s reviewing and shortlisting. The shortlisted candidates are then personally interviewed by the committee and the top three from each category were awarded. This year the famous writer cum motivational speaker, who also happens to be an ex-army personnel and also a Guinness World record holder – Navin Gulia delivered motivational speech and gave away the awards to the winners.

Over 50 employees were recognized and awarded and through Navin Gulia’s motivational speech, all employees were motivated.
