SEO Specialist

Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years
Education: Graduate, diploma/degree/certification in digital marketing is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
● Global SEO Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve top SERP positions in target markets across the BIM industry.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-impact keywords and optimize content for organic lead generation.
• Lead the development and execution of on-page and off-page SEO campaigns, including content monitoring, link building, and technical optimization.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO best practices across all Pinnacle Infotech websites/subdomains/sub directories and future expansions.
• Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.

● Content Strategy and Optimization:

•  Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO goals and target audience needs.
•  Get high-quality, informative, and engaging content created for websites and guest blogging opportunities.
• Getting existing content optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Manage and track content performance through analytics tools.

● Technical SEO and Analytics:

•  Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search rankings.
• Implement technical SEO best practices to improve website speed, crawlability, and mobile friendliness.
•  Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics IV.
• Design and implement conversion funnels to track user flow and optimize website experience.

● Outreach and Link Building:

• Build strong relationships with industry influencers and publications through outreach and guest blogging initiatives.
• Secure high-quality backlinks from relevant websites to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Develop and implement effective link building strategies aligned with SEO best practices.

● Leadership and Communication:

• Lead the SEO team and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Communicate SEO strategies and results effectively to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:
● Must have completed bachelors. Masters would be a plus.
● Working experience in AEC/BIM/MEP industries is a plus.
● SEO Certifications from a good institution or any reputed self-paced course completion in SEO are highly desirable.
● Minimum 6+ years of experience in SEO, with proven success in driving organic traffic and lead generation.
● Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practices.
● Proven ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
● Experience with on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques.
● Excellent content management and collaboration skills.
● Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
● Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and ability to identify and resolve website issues.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
● Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency in target markets (e.g., German,Japanese) is a plus but not required.
● Understanding AI and its potential applications in SEO is highly desirable.
