Challenges & Solutions for the Commercial Building Project

Challenge: The absence of real-time views of scanned files made it challenging to accurately interpret the shape and details of elements.

Solution: Integrated a rendering tool to visualize scanned files in real time, enabling accurate identification of element shapes and improving modeling precision.

Pinnacle's Value Addition

By employing AutoCAD's features and adhering to the prescribed approach, a comprehensive illustration of the commercial structure was created. The drawings comprehensively portrayed the facility, encompassing architectural, structural, and electrical details, while accentuating distinctive aspects of the building's facade.

The incorporation of both functional and aesthetic elements enhanced the overall functionality and visual appeal of the renderings. This approach also demonstrates the value of BIM for commercial buildings in presenting coordinated architectural, structural, and electrical information.
