Pinnacle created the concrete 3D Models of the Parcel D Commercial Building in Washington DC, USA, spread over an area of 475000 sq ft. We deployed 9 Engineers for the construction of the 2 Towers (each with102 feet height) with 225 apartments. The base structure of the project consisted of a 50,000 sq. ft. grocery store, 30,000 sq. ft. health club, and a few small retail spaces. Besides, a third-floor parking deck is sandwiched between the grocery store and the apartment towers to provide space for the residents.

Value Added

Client coordinated with other services using the Revit Structure Model.
We provided all Pouring sequence and Activity code for the Parcel D building in the Revit model.
We raised RFIs to flag design conflicts and helped the client resolve the design issues in the drawing.
