The companies that had a BIM execution plan or took professional assistance from a BIM services company to help them adopt BIM, reported 15% to 30% cost reduction and more accuracy in operations over the laggards. Using BIM has helped companies do precise planning to help them reduce waste during the construction process and exercise higher efficiency in the overall construction process.
With time, BIM is taking over the traditional mode of construction planning and implementation and making project owners and stakeholders progressively adopt BIM in UK, to avail far-reaching advantages of BIM in real estate engineering. This is only going to get bigger from here as more administrative norms and estate trends take up BIM as a charter of certainty and unison in the construction landscape.
