Job Description: 

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil 3D Site Utility Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years above of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on both dry and wet utility modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D for BIM.   • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using object-oriented programming principles and best practices
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry standards and guidelines
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of software applications

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed

Desired Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office.
  • Understanding the client’s requirements, effort estimation of the projects, and negotiating with the client to board the projects.

Desired Skills:

  • Requisite qualification &/or Experience as a System Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
  • Basic knowledge with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms + with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of BIM experience in Pinnacle.
  • Understand the client’s requirements, prepare the technical questionnaires, and perform the effort estimate for the offers to submit to the clients.
  • BIM Modeling/coordination/shop drawings experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection services, working in USA/Canada/UK/Middle East/Singapore/Japan countries.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills and study customer tender/client requirements and technical specifications.
  • Good communication skills both speaking and writing to communicate with the client.
