Overcoming Space Constraints for AHU Replacement in Chiller Yard
Chiller pipe supports and plinths were adjusted to create space for AHU replacement in the chiller yard.
Complex Service Coordination Due to Limited Ceiling Space
We proposed solutions for service relocation and re-sizing. This proactive approach enabled us to achieve optimal coordination within a compressed timeframe.
By optimizing pipe fitting selection, we reduced and brought down fittings from 284 to 201 in the final installation. This optimization resulted in an estimated cost saving of approximately $5,500.
Electrical pits were reduced by 198 in the final installation, further minimizing labor and material costs.
