Challenges Faced and Solutions:

Challenges: Limited Detail and Rebar Placement Requirements:

We encountered challenges due to a lack of clarity on specific details and rebar placement requirements.

Solutions:

  • Our team proactively reached out to the client for clarification to ensure there is a clear understanding of client’s expectations.
  • We supplied the client with detailed pull-out sketches highlighting critical rebar placement to help client identify potential issues before construction began.

Pinnacle’s Value Addition:

Our team coordinated the rebars to avoid any installation issues mainly where coupler connections were used through out the project, resulting in reduced re-work and wastage.
